Allen Studios, Inc. Official Policy
These policies are applicable to Allen Studios and all affiliated brands, which include A & A Studios, Timeless Vows by Frederick, FALLEN Musike, The Frederick Allen Show, and all related creative services and digital products. By booking, making a payment, or utilizing our services, you consent to all terms outlined on this page.
- Payment Terms: A minimum non-refundable retainer of 50 percent is required for all services to secure your project, booking, or seat. Work will not commence until this payment is received. The remaining balance must be settled in full prior to the release of any final files, images, or deliverables.
- Refund Policy: All payments are considered final. Retainers, design fees, photography fees, consulting fees, classes, coaching, and digital products are non-refundable. Once any work has commenced, no refunds or partial refunds will be granted for any reason, including changes in schedule, loss of interest, or failure to utilize the service.
- Scope of Work and Revisions: All services are based on the written or invoiced scope of work. Packages include a specified number of revisions. Any additional revisions, redesign requests, new concepts, or changes in creative direction beyond the original scope will incur separate charges at the current studio rate.
- Cancellations and Rescheduling: If a client cancels a project or service, all payments made up to that point are non-refundable.
- Photography clients are allowed to reschedule once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Further rescheduling will necessitate a new retainer.
- Failure to attend sessions, consultations, or calls will result in the forfeiture of the session and all payments made.
- Turnaround Time: Turnaround times are subject to variation based on workload, project complexity, and client response time. Deadlines are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing. Rush services may be available for an additional fee and must receive prior approval.
- Delivery of Work: Final files are delivered only after the full balance on the project is paid. Allen Studios retains the right to withhold delivery of any files, images, or logins until all invoices are satisfied.
- Ownership and Usage Rights: Allen Studios retains ownership of all creative work until it is paid in full. Unpaid concepts, drafts, proofs, and sample designs remain the property of the studio and may not be used by the client in any form.
- Upon full payment, the client receives usage rights that match the project type, as outlined in their proposal or invoice. Resale, redistribution, or transfer of the work to third parties without permission may require an additional license.
- Client Responsibilities : Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, text, images, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays in communication, asset delivery, or approvals may extend turnaround times and do not qualify the client for a refund or discount.
- Photography Policies: · All retainers for photo sessions are non-refundable.
- Clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals reduce shooting time. Very late arrivals may result in cancellation without refund.
- Editing style, color grading, and overall look are at the creative discretion of the photographer.
- Additional retouching beyond what is included in the package will be billed per image.
- No refunds are given on sessions, edits, prints, or digital downloads.
- Conduct and Boundaries: Allen Studios maintains a respectable environment for all clients. Disrespect, harassment, abusive communication, or boundary violations will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services with no refund. Professional communication during business hours is expected.
- Chargebacks and Disputes: Chargebacks are not an acceptable method of dispute. Any chargeback will result in immediate revocation of all usage rights to the work and may lead to legal action to recover the full amount due plus any associated fees. All concerns or disputes must be submitted in writing directly to the studio for review and resolution.
- Agreement: By paying any invoice, retainer, booking fee, or purchasing any product from Allen Studios, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
